Refund Policy

At Ooty Harvests, we strive to deliver only the freshest produce from our farms in Ooty to your kitchen. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during delivery.

We are happy to offer refunds only in the following cases:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  1. Missing Items – If any product that was billed is not delivered.

  2. Damaged or Spoiled Produce – If the vegetables/fruits received are in bad condition at the time of delivery.


❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • If the customer changes their mind after delivery.

  • If the freshness or taste is subjective (we deliver produce harvested less than 24 hours ago).

  • If the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.


📞 How to Claim a Refund

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order ID and a clear photo of the product showing the issue.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, we may provide a replacement product in the next delivery cycle instead of a monetary refund.
